Refurbished – Zoll R-Series
The Zoll R Series ALS Defibrillator is a code-ready unit designed to give clinicians comprehensive support for resuscitation. The ALS provides visuals that can be used as guidance and feedback to rescuers with Real CPR Help, which allows rescuers to see depth and rate of compression of CPR. The R Series ALS Defibrillator has advanced capabilities for experienced users, and has parameters that may be added, as well as a self-checking, code-ready system that lets users know whether or not the unit is ready to be used. It uses rectilinear biphasic technology for delivering a constant current to the patient.
The R Series works with the Zoll One-step Pacing system. With One-step Pacing and Zoll One-step Electrodes, the need for a separate ECG cable is eliminated. The ECG electrodes are incorporated with an anterior One-step electrode. The electrodes are triangular and incorporate a circular multi-function therapy electrode in the middle, and three ECG electrodes at the ends of the triangular electrode pad shape. While the therapy portion emits a pacing pulse, the ECG electrodes acquire signals from the heart and function as the monitoring element. Electrodes for this function are sold separately.
Refurbished – Physio Control Lifepak 12 Defibrillator
The LIFEPAK 12 defibrillator/monitor series provides therapeutic and diagnostic functions in a single small device designed for both out-of-hospital and hospital users. The LifePak 12 comes equipped with everything you need in a Cardiac Emergency. It has an easy to use selector knob, allowing easy input of events and patient demographics and facilitating navigation through menu options. In AED mode, the Physio-Control LIFEPAK 12 defibrillator/monitor series utilizes the field-proven Shock Advisory System to advise the operator when it detects a shockable rhythm. In manual mode, the LIFEPAK 12 defibrillator/monitor series features simple 1-2-3 operation of synchronized cardioversion.
The large LCD display allows 1, 2 or 3 ECG channels to be viewed simultaneously, with up to 8 seconds of cascading ECG. Marquette Medical Systems 12SL ECG analysis program offers interpretive 12-lead ECG analysis. The algorithm simultaneously acquires, analyzes and records all 12-leads on a 100mm printer in the standard format.
Pulse oximetry is available with Nellcor C-LOCK ECG synchronization for timing pulse oximetry measurements with ECG signal. The Optional A/C Power Adaptor provides line power as well as battery charging capability.

The system offers both monitoring and therapeutic functions and can help hospitals meet the standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations to have resuscitation services readily available throughout the hospital.

The Philips HeartStart XL Defibrillator/Monitor is designed to meet a wide variety of defibrillation and monitoring needs in one lightweight, easy-to-use device. At just under 14 lbs., the Philips (formerly Agilent) HeartStart XL is easily transported throughout the hospital to the site where cardiac care is needed.
- A combination manual device with automated external defibrillator capabilities, HeartStart XL enables the first caregiver on the scene, whether an ALS or BLS clinician, to deliver potentially lifesaving defibrillation therapy. In AED mode, voice prompts and text messages guide BLS users through the defibrillation process, while the HeartStart XL M4735A continuously monitors and displays the patient’s ECG.
- Upon the arrival of ALS personnel, HeartStart XL is easily switched from AED to manual mode, allowing operators to access the unit’s advanced therapeutic features such as selectable energy (from 2 to 200 Joules), non-invasive pacing (optional), SpO2 (optional) and synchronized cardioversion.
